All Jeep Appearance
From the front, you could mistake the Gladiator for the Wrangler SUV. It has the same styling with round LED headlights, seven-slot grille, manually latched hood, and utilitarian-looking fenders and panels.
From the side, the back half has a different look. Behind the second-row doors is a five-foot box in the same rugged style. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator has a removable top in your choice of three styles, making it the only pickup truck with a true open-air cabin. As you’d expect, the doors can be removed, and the windshield folded down for the Jeep experience you want.
Use the Gladiator like a truck – it’s built for it with available spray-in bedliner, LED in-bed lighting, and in-bed power inverter. It has best-in-class 4×4 towing of 7,650 pounds and best-in-class payload capacity of 1,600 pounds.*
The Equipment You Want
Between the doors, you’ll find a durable yet well equipped cabin. The Jeep Gladiator has a weatherproof push-button start ignition and your choice of hardy cloth or leather upholstery. Options among the trim levels include heated seats and steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, passive entry, and either body-color or upholstered dash trim.
Three Uconnect systems are available for the Gladiator, from the standard 5-inch touchscreen to the 7-inch and 8.4-inch touchscreens. All are equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as Voice Command for easy control of your music, connectivity, and phone calls.
More than 80 safety and security features are available in the 2020 Jeep Gladiator including Blind Spot Monitoring, Adaptive Cruise Control with Full Stop, Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking, and Rear Cross Path Detection.
Legendary Jeep Performance
No question, the 2020 Jeep Gladiator can proudly bear the Trail Rated badge. The standard engine for all Gladiator trims is a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. Engine Stop-Start technology is on all trim levels. A 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine is expected late in the model year. Choose between a six-speed manual transmission and an eight-speed automatic transmission for the type of control you’d prefer.
Heavy-duty Dana 44 axles both front and rear are the foundation for the 4×4 system. Electronically locking front and rear differentials, an electronic disconnecting sway bar, and rock rails are options to consider. Choose between two transfer case options to facilitate the off-roading you intend to do including a rock-solid Rock-Trac 4:1 transfer case for low-speed rock crawling.
